Getting Happy Kids Yoga into school was one of the best decisions we have made. Our children need strategies and tools to be able to help them to deal with difficult situations that life can sometimes present. Happy Kids Yoga has done exactly that, providing our children with the knowledge and skills they need to be able face challenges head on. Our Year 6 children absolutely adored the sessions saying it really helped them with techniques to prepare them for their SATs. I 100% recommend Happy Kids Yoga!

What a great way to engage our learners at the start of every half term! Happy Kids Yoga is a fantastic healthy way of giving our children time to participate in yoga as well as mindfulness techniques. The sessions are engaging for all our children from Reception to Year 6 and we really look forward to seeing Jen. There have been many times in school where children have been very upset, and our first action is to encourage them to think of breathing techniques and meditation shared during our sessions. It has really helped our children to regulate their feelings and thoughts. It is a pleasure having Happy Kids Yoga in our school.

Jen has offered sessions to Cheshire Day Nursery for over 10 years. We would not be without Jen and her team, the impact on the children’s concentration, level of engagement and overall wellbeing shows during their time at Nursery. Parents comment that the children continue their yoga at home with their families. The way stories are told through the sessions really gives the children imagination and inspiration in their play.

We have had Jen from Happy yoga for many years after seeing them at a PE conference and knew it was what we needed for our children to promote Mental health and wellbeing. Jen comes in 3 times a year and works with all classes from Early years to Year 6. The sessions are based on stories and different postures to breathing techniques. The children love the sessions and can remember all the positions from the last session. It is lovely having have Happy Kids Yoga in our school and it has had a positive impact on all thechildren.

Jen has been providing yoga at our school for a number of years now and the children are always asking "When is it our turn?" Sessions include different movements depending on the age of the class and for the younger children this is done through stories. Sessions are interactive and fun. Children are shown calming breathing exercises that relax their bodies and minds too which we feel is very important. Jen is very adaptable to aid all children's needs and her friendly and lovely manner is wonderful.
